AT RISKSTUDIO

Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms are the contract between you and the operator of AT RISK Studio. They are short on purpose: please read them before you make a film.

1. Who we are

AT RISK Studio ("the studio", "we") is an online service operated by Olga Fedoseeva, tax ID (NIF) Z3674297Y, Carrer de Fuencaliente 9, 46023 València, Spain, email hello@atriskstudio.space, phone +34 675 192 680.

The contract is made in English. These terms stay published at this address, so you can save or print them at any time; the date at the top shows which version applies.

2. What the studio does

The studio turns a proven format or your own idea into a short vertical film made by third-party AI models: a script, a 30-second take with sound, burned-in captions, a cover frame, a title and hashtags.

Results come from AI models and vary from take to take. AI video can contain mistakes, such as a cut inside the take, a face that appears for a moment, physics that look wrong or a garbled word. We check every film automatically and re-shoot a broken take once at no cost (see section 5).

Every film is AI-generated, and its file carries a machine-readable mark that says so. The models can make similar films from similar ideas, so other people may get something close to yours.

We do not promise any number of views, followers or income. The view counts on our site are our own results on Instagram; yours will be different.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email (or with Google when it is offered). Keep access to that email: whoever controls it controls the account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and use the studio for yourself or for a business you are allowed to represent. One account per person.

4. Credits, prices and payment

  • One credit makes one 30-second film at standard quality; HD costs two. A new account gets 1 free credit for proven formats.
  • Credits are sold in packs for a one-time payment. There is no subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged later. Buy another pack when you run out.
  • Credits don't expire while your account exists. Any pack also unlocks your own ideas, the AI co-writer and HD for your account.
  • Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies. Prices are shown in US dollars or euros, and the checkout may let you pay in your local currency; the amount on the checkout page is the final price.
  • To buy, pick a pack on the Billing page. You go to a secure checkout page where you see the final price and can check and correct your details before you pay. When the payment goes through, the credits land on your balance within seconds and you get a receipt by email.
  • Card payments are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record ("Sold through Link"). Link takes the payment, handles the tax, sends your receipt and its buyer terms (link.com/terms) also apply to the purchase. Your card statement shows the charge as LINK.COM* followed by our name. We never see your full card number.

5. Cancellations, refunds and failed films

  • Failed films: if a film fails, including when it doesn't pass our quality check after one free re-take, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
  • 14-day cooling-off (consumers in the EU and UK): you can cancel a purchase within 14 days of the day you buy it and get a full refund. Because card payments are sold through Link, Link decides and pays cooling-off refunds under its buyer terms: contact Link support from your receipt and give "cooling off period" as the reason. You can also write to us and we will sort it out with Link.
  • Unused packs (everyone, wherever you live): if you haven't used any credits from a pack, write to us within 14 days of buying it and we refund it in full.
  • Other problems: a double charge, credits that never arrived or a payment you didn't make. Write to us; Link can also refund such payments within 60 days.
  • When a purchase is refunded, the credits from that pack come off your balance (as many of them as are left).

To cancel, a short message is enough. You may use this form, but you don't have to: "To Olga Fedoseeva, hello@atriskstudio.space: I cancel my purchase of the following credit pack: [pack], bought on [date]. Name: [your name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [today's date]."

Refunds are paid by Link, the seller of record, to the payment method you used.

6. What you may not make or do

  • Films showing real, identifiable people (including public figures) without their consent, or that imitate a real person's voice or likeness.
  • Films presented as real news, real emergencies or real events, or made to make people believe that an invented event happened.
  • Sexual content, anything involving minors, hate, harassment, or content that encourages people to hurt themselves or others.
  • Content that infringes other people's rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy), or anything else that is illegal or against the rules of the platform where you post it.
  • Removing or hiding the AI marks in a film's file, or posting a film without the AI label a platform asks for.
  • Using the studio or its films to train or improve AI models, trying to extract the models' training data, scraping the site, reselling access or getting around credit limits.

You are responsible for what you type: don't put other people's personal data, or material you have no right to use, into your ideas.

We may refuse a request, remove a film or suspend an account that breaks these rules (see section 8).

7. Label your films as AI

Every film is AI-generated and looks realistic. Wherever you post it, mark it as AI-generated (use the platform's AI label where there is one) and don't present it as real footage. Platform rules and the EU AI Act (Article 50) require this.

8. Reports and moderation

Our AI providers' safety filters may refuse a request automatically. Every report is reviewed by a person.

Anyone can report a film, idea or account they believe is illegal or breaks these terms by writing to hello@atriskstudio.space. Please say where it is (a link or the film's ID), why you think it is illegal or against these terms, and give your name and email (you may leave them out if the report concerns child sexual abuse material). We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay and tell you what we did.

If we refuse a request, remove a film or suspend an account, we tell the person affected why and how to ask us to look again: reply to our message and we review the decision.

hello@atriskstudio.space is also our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act (articles 11 and 12). We read English and Spanish.

9. Who owns what

Your ideas and films are yours. Between you and us, you may use the films, titles and captions you make in any lawful way, including commercially, subject to these terms. AI-made material may not be protected by copyright everywhere, so we can't promise that nobody else will make or use something similar.

The studio itself, our formats, scripts, templates, design and brand remain ours. You give us the permission we need to store and process your ideas and films to run the service. We don't use your films in our own marketing without asking you.

10. Changes and availability

The studio is new and changes often. We may change features, formats or prices; a price change never affects credits you have already bought.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you at least 15 days before. If you don't agree, you can close your account and we refund the purchased credits you haven't used.

We do our best to keep the studio available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

11. Liability and your legal guarantees

If a film you paid for isn't delivered or doesn't work as described, you have the remedies that EU and Spanish consumer law give for digital content: we make it again or give the credits back, or refund the price where the law entitles you to it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Ending the contract

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It removes your films, ideas, profile and remaining credits right away and can't be undone, so ask us to refund unused purchased credits first.

We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you why.

13. Law, complaints and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can bring a claim before its courts.

Complaints: write to hello@atriskstudio.space or call +34 675 192 680. We answer within one month at the latest.

If we can't agree, you can turn to a consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) or to the consumer authority where you live. We haven't committed in advance to a particular dispute resolution body and decide case by case whether to take part.
